#Election2016

After watching the Debates on Monday and doing MORE research myself on the 2 candidates I still have no clue who to vote for on November 7th.  My mom is stuck on TRUMP no matter what (I tried getting her to hear both candidates out but as soon as she heard about "The Wall" her mind was made up!
This decision for me is not that easy, yes I like the thought of a Border Wall to the South but it's much more then that.  I need to make the best choice for me, Krystal and Alyssa.
I know that we are not married yet but in my heart I feel like we already are...there is no other woman I love and need in my life more then Krystal.  Being so far away from her is hard.  It's hard on us both but I know it's harder on her and I'm trying to change that fast!

Well, enough about that...let's get back to the topic - TRUMP vs. CLINTON!  I really hope that you have not made up your mind yet!  I hope that you hear all the facts about everything each candidate is saying and that your not closed minded like some people.
Whatever happens - GOD HELP US ALL!!!

#Death - Think About It!!!

This is very important, so listen up, readers! If you do not have a form of life insurance or a retirement plan, and you die leaving the cost of your funeral to your spouse, children,
or other family members, then you are SELFISH!
How dare you leave this planet plus all of the expenses to those that you say, “I love you,” too!

Green Burial: is the process by which a body is returned to the earth to decompose naturally in soil.

A Green Burial will cost you between $1000 and $2500 on average, depending on what things you
want included.
Cremations: they average $3,800 without the urn.
A conventional funeral: including the embalming process and a metal casket today, can average $9,500 (US), plus another $2,000 for cemetery charges.

I want a Green Burial because it is just better for the Earth. The cost factor does not play a role in my decision…thinking about Future Generations does! Please think about how
you want to leave Earth for your children, grandkids, their children, and so on.
I know what you’re thinking, I want to be buried by family. Am I right? In the end, I think it does not matter because if you are buried in America or in your Home Country, you are buried among family. And in the end, we all see each other again in Heaven or Hell.
My favorite songs will be played twice at my memorial:
“Home Sweet Home” by Motley Crue and “Spirit in the Sky” by Norman Greenbaum.

Search online for Green Burial for a location near you.

Did I get you thinking now? Do you have a plan in place for your loved ones after you die? Are you going to leave the financial burden of your death to your family? I think you should come up with a plan of action and talk with them today!
What are your plans for your belongings? This is an example of my plan:

* Everyone knows that I am a DNR (DO NOTRESUSCITATE). I do not want any life saving
measures!
* I would like all my medical equipment to be donated to a Clinic.
* My hat collection (seventy-six at last count) will be sold and whatever amount is raised will be put in an account for my Step-Daughter.
*My poster collection (I have a lot of cool posters) will be sold and whatever amount is raised will be
donated to the National Ataxia Foundation.
* My Hard Rock Café and Sports Pins Collection (valued at $10,000 and counting) will go to my
Step-Daughter when she is old enough to care for them as I have done or, if my wife needs the money they are to be sold.
* My clothes will be donated to The Salvation Army’s Clothes Fundraiser
* I will take care of (as much as I can) my burial plans and my Future wife will take care of everything else after my death.

I hope this gives you ideas about what you can do with all of your belongings.

* I’m ready to die, but to tell you the truth, I’m scared that if I don’t die soon, I will end up as a vegetable, trapped in my own body. I need to trust in GOD that He will take
me when the time is right, but when I hear stories from other people that had family members who died with a form of Ataxia, it makes me tear up knowing that will be me some day.

#AMERICA - Home of the Sad and the SellOuts!

America, once a proud and great nation is now home of the sad and the sell outs.
What do I mean?  Come take a journey with me as I look back and share what was a simpler, better time in America's history.

Let's travel back 260 some years and see how America was back then...No one messed with America because they knew if they did Hell would reign on them, just ask Britain and Japan!  The British thought North America was a bunch of "Push Overs" and we showed them!  The Jap's attacked us on Dec. 7, 1941 and we showed them no mercy.  It took the US getting involved in WW1 and WW2 to stop the fighting in Europe.  Korea has never ended but a Cease Fire remains in place for the time being, then Russia that they would tease us but our President was having now of it...Russia backed down!  Then there was Vietnam, ok maybe we were getting our ASSEES handed to us but our President was a PUSSY...we could have ended that conflict in less then a year!  Iran grew some ball in the late '70's and decided that they wanted to "PLAY WITH THE BIG KID" and pushed back but once again our President was a PUSSY!
Everything remained basically quite when it came to messing with the USA, yes there was small fighting here and there that involved American Soldiers but all these rules were being put in place by the Washington A**HOLES that tied our solders hands when it comes to combat.  It wasn't until 1990 when Iraq started to show America that they grew a small pair of balls but we ended that in just 16 days.  Terrorist started playing a major role in the 2000's and being "Biggest kid on the block" means nothing if you do not let our combat troops fight without all these DAM rules...do you think the Roman Army had rules when it came to fighting?  HELL NO!
Really bad intel got us involved with Iraq again while fighting Terrorist in Afgan.

Remember saying the Pledge Of Allegiance?  I do and I was proud to do it...now you need to be Politically Correct - BULL CRAP!!!  This Country was founder on Free Speech and Free Religion and if someone (American or Foreigner) does not like it then they can GET OUT!!!
Yes, people of color were abused and treated bad back then but it's happening again...police shoot first and then if it was not necessary to use force then to fix the problem they (police and the City) just throw money at it...NOT ALL THINGS CAN BE FIXED WITH MONEY!!!
People actually took care of the Disabled or at least watched out for them, not in today's World!  People can care less and now others go out and look to do use harm, and the Gov't cares less also.  To them all we are doing is using up resources and a vote when they need it.
THINK ABOUT IT, I'M TELLING THE TRUTH

I remember getting my ASS busted if I acted up and I turned out alright!  So did Hundreds of Thousands of people but if you lay one hand on a child today THAT child will threaten you that they will call Child Protective Services on you or another parent will threaten you...that's just sad!!!
There was no Video Game System, kids actually had to get off their ass and go play outside with others to have fun...now we are a Country of lazy, fat ass people who stay on the internet, our phones or just sit and watch Cable TV...remember actually moving to answer the phone or change the tv channel?
A family of 4 could eat at Sonic or another Fast Food place on $25...now just 2 can eat on $25 at most places!  A candy bar was $.35 and a can soda was $.50...now simple things are outrageous.

Now we have 2 idiots running to be the next President of the United States and I have no clue who to vote for!  Either one would be as bad as Obama, who was a joke as the head of anything but was worse as President.

Things were made in the good old USA back then, now all you find is this Made In China piece of shit!  I had to get somethings for my book (IT AIN'T EASY BEING ME, being released Oct. 18th) at Walmart and out of everything I needed, not 1 thing was Made in America...the USA should be ashamed of what it's become, this was not the vision of our Fore Fathers.

Yearly Charity Event

Well, today I took the 1st step of making a dream come true!  I have started sending out letter's to all those that I think might be able to help me make "FIGHTING FOR A CURE" possible.
I believe that it's a great idea and after I ran it by Krystal I liked the idea even more.  She really liked it also which put even a bigger smile on my face.
The idea of asking the MMA World never came up as an idea until I started writing my book.  I use several phrases from the MMA World in my book and even my favorite quote came from a female MMA Fighter.

"I am pushed by those who believe in my but motivated by those who don't"

Author unknown but I owe him/her a lot...that quote has motivated me more then they realize!!!  Thank you if you ever see this!

I have given out my book now more then 100 times and the feedback that I'm receiving is very positive.  I really hope that the news is spreading about ATAXIA, a cure must be found for the young of today and Future Generations of tomorrow!

#Free copies of my book

Today I'm giving out a FREE Digital Copy of my book to anyone who wants it.  Giving to the NAF is important but spreading the word "ATAXIA" is also important!  By the time I'm done I hope Ataxia is a household word.
Well, it's been 5hrs now and I have not given out as many copies as I had hoped for but hopefully by 6am tomorrow (Sept. 13) I have sent out thousands of copies.
I received my copy of Captain America - Civil War on Blu-Ray today, I'm so excited...I'm about to go watch it but I needed to write this in my Blog 1st.

#WhatADay

WOW!!!  Yesterday was a day from Hell!!!  My A/C went out and it took forever for the repair man to get here...in the meantime I lost about 7lbs in sweet.  While trying to open the window in my kitchen I lost my balance and fell, it felt like I broke my back as I slammed backwards into the counter.  As I was going down I kept thinking "This is not good as my back bone popped several times.
My day started looking up because I got to talk to Krystal and went to get a hair cut.  Things even really started looking good when my mom took me out to eat and I ran into some old friends from High School.  When we got home I checked the tv guide to see what football games were on.  I noticed that a Benefit Concert was on several channels called "Stand Up To Cancer"...why is there not a Benefit Concert called "Stand Up To Ataxia"?  I'm not saying Ataxia is worse then Cancer or vise versa. Both are terrible but you can beat Cancer, you CAN'T beat Ataxia!  You Will die from both illnesses but Cancer gets the funding...Ataxia doesn't!
I'm not saying that we should not support Cancer Research but what about the 150,000 people who have Ataxia?  Don't we matter?
Please, tell me what you think!!!

Well, after talking to Krystal alittle more I decided to turn in around 10pm, I took care of my bathroom things (brush teeth, ei.) but I needed a wash cloth.  The one I was using was in the shower so I went to get it...it was just out of my reach so I put the breaks on my wheelchair and stood up, BAD IDEA!!!  My ankle twisted all of a sudden and I fell on the corner of my wheelchair arm.
It didn't bend (thank GOD) but it felt like the arm went about 2in. up my Butt Hole, the pain was unbelievable!
I know that you're laughing out there and as I'm typing this I'm laughing too but at the time it hurt so bad!  I don't see how guys & ladies can have Anal Sex, do you???

This Labor Day (Sept.5, 2016)

As I reflect on this Labor Day I can't help but be sad a little.  I had such big Dreams while in school and after receiving my Degree in Photography it really looked as if I could make those dreams come true.
Little did I know that my time in the Work Force was coming to an end in 2yrs. and 6mo. from my Grad. date...fast forward almost 20yrs and now I have this terrible & deadly disease but I'm happier then ever!  Things with My Angel On Earth (Krystal) are going great
(IT WILL BE BETTER ONCE WE ARE TOGETHER) and there are other's out there that know exactly what I'm going through in life.  I have made some really good friends also but I can't help about thinking "WHAT IF".  I would have missed out on being with the love of my life for one and for another I would not be doing what GOD has intended me to do, inform the public about Ataxia!

I still have those dreams but now Krystal is by my side, holding my hand and being so proud of me.
I hope that you never give up on your dreams because you just never know...they could turn out better then you ever imagine!

Everyone has goals and dreams in life; these are some of
mine before I die: go sky diving, see a Super Bowl from the
best handicap seats in the stadium, visit Easter Island to
see the giant head statues, visit Stonehenge, take a tour of
the Grand Canyon in a helicopter, take a tour of the Utah
Desert in a helicopter, flip the coin at an Atlanta Falcons
game, see a Penn State football game at State College,
visit the Georgia Guide Stones, be a human canvas on Ink
Master, ride the Vomit Comet at NASA, take a ride in a
USAF jet, take a ride in an Apache helicopter, hang out in
Las Vegas with Dana White, and sit cage side with him
during a UFC Light-Heavyweight Title Fight, ride the
three rides on the Space Needle Tower in Las Vegas, meet
Michael Jordan and watch a game with him in the owner’s
box, kiss and hold the Super Bowl trophy, the Stanley
Cup, and College Football’s National Championship
Trophy, attend the NCAA Football Championship Playoff
Game and watch it from the VIP room (I don’t care who’s
playing), fly peacefully among the clouds in a hang glider,
plus attend the MTV Movie and Music Awards…that’s
not a lot, right?

Keep your head up and ALWAYS strive to reach your goals because you just don't know what GOD has planned for your life.

GreatCalls Medical Device and GPS Locator

I wanted to find something that made me feel safer being away from home and when I'm alone & after doing some research I believe I did just that with the Great Call Medical Device that you wear around your neck.  It also has a feature that if you fall it will auto. call for help plus it's waterproof...so you can even wear it in the shower.  Below is a store that ran in the Associated Press I think you should read! Yes, I had to buy the right to use the story!
You would think that since I'm in the story they would let me use it for free but "NO, they're a bunch of CHEAP BASTERD's

----------------------------------------------------------------
Medical alert systems have seen big advances,
from GPS to fall detection, in recent years
By LINDA A. JOHNSON Associated Press
June 19, 2015 — 10:20am
The choices are numerous. Medical alert systems have
advanced far beyond the basic pendants that enable a loved
one to summon assistance.
Today’s range of products includes wristbands, watches,
and cell phones equipped with emergency buttons or
apps. Their capabilities have also expanded to include
GPS tracking and fall detection, all of which help users
live more independently and keep them safe when they
venture outside. That’s broadened their appeal from just
homebound senior citizens to younger people with physical
disabilities and others worried about security.
The whole category started with the Philips Lifeline
pendant in 1974. It helped seniors living alone feel safe and
gave their loved ones peace of mind. But it only worked in
and around the home.
Last year, Phillips introduced its GoSafe mobile service,
which gives users the same protections wherever they
might be. The waterproof pendant can automatically detect
if a person has fallen, and the response center then calls
to check on the user if she doesn’t press the Help button.
Philips says it uses six means of determining the individual’s
location, should assistance be needed.
Christopher DeHaven, who uses a wheelchair due to a
rare Neurodegenerative Disorder, had a basic pendant that
worked around his home until two months ago. Then he
upgraded to a pendant with built-in GPS, the Splash from
Philips’ rival GreatCall.
“I wanted to be able to do the things that I missed,
getting out with friends and family, going places,” said
DeHaven, 44, who lives in rural Blanchard, Oklahoma. “I
didn’t want to be tied to the house.”
The device also enables DeHaven’s niece to track his
location and movements remotely if he doesn’t answer his
cell phone.
Other providers include LifeStation, Medical Alert,
MobileHelp, ADT Medical Alert, Medical Guardian, Bay
Alarm Medical and Life Alert, which runs those “I’ve fallen
and I can’t get up” ads.
Here are factors to consider in selecting a product:
1. CHOOSE THE KEY FEATURES.
If the person needing the device never goes out
alone, an inexpensive home-and-yard system may
be sufficient. If she leaves home regularly, consider a
pendant, wristband or cell phone with GPS tracking.
Decide whether a pendant or wristband would
be more comfortable and whether someone with a
disability, such as a stroke patient, could easily use
the device or smartphone.
2. SHOP FOR PRICE.
Monthly fees for such services run from about $20
for a bare-bones pendant or wristband to around
$55 for one with GPS and fall detection. Some
companies provide the pendant or wristband for
free, while others charge a one-time fee of up to
$150.
Phone options include a basic cell phone with
a prominent emergency button amid extra-large
number keys, and a smartphone with the emergency
icon on the home screen. Companies charge about
$40 to $90 per month for those services, on top of
$100 to $200 upfront for the cell phone.
For people who have their own smartphone,
some companies offer emergency help apps for the
home screen for about $15 per month.

There may be additional, one-time fees: $50
to $100 to activate the service and up to $90 to
cancel it. Some companies don’t list prices on their
websites, so be prepared to call to enquire.
3. ASK ABOUT COMMITMENTS.
Many companies don’t require contracts, or they only
run for 30 to 90 days. Ask what’s required, including
billing terms. Some companies bill customers in
advance for an entire year.
4. DETERMINE IF COVERAGE IS ADEQUATE.
Reliability is crucial. Before you commit, make sure
cell phone coverage in your area is strong enough to
service any medical alert device or smartphone.
If the service runs off a home landline, check
for adequate range. Typically the devices work well
up to 600 feet from the base unit. Be sure that covers
the entire home and any usual path, such as to the
end of the driveway.
5. ASK ABOUT A GUARANTEE.
Ask about product guarantees, whether there’s a
30-day return policy and whether any discounts are
available, such as for AARP members and veterans.
6. PLAN ACCESS FOR RESPONDERS
You’ll need a quick, reliable way for police or EMTs
to enter your home. If you have a security alarm,
you’ll give the response center the code for it.
Another common approach is to set up a lockbox
near the door and give the service the code to open it.
Lastly, read the fine print before signing
anything.
